GoogleHi guys am very busy at the moment, and if I wasn't there really wouldn't be much I would add to my review about wonderlease. There helpful professional in the field of work and proved themselves especially through this pandemic. They are a great team to get along with and have sustained a reputation as a compatible agency to work with. I have been with them a little over 10 years and as I said before am a very busy individual so if any adjustments need to be amended they always give me a curiosity call to give me the heads up and they take care of the rest. GoogleSadly one star, from a prospective Tenant (seems like a lot of Reviews are coming from the Landlords - you might bear that in mind if you're dealing with them and trying to move in). Why? Well, I found a certain lettings agent, who's name starts with "Double-You", and whom I've been dealing with, quite unhelpful and unaccommodating, really. It is a bit of a shame for me to write this review, really, because the lady I spoke to initially on the phone (never caught her name unfortunately) was wonderful and very kind. It really was like being hit in the face with a bag of brick by that guy, who unfortunately was not of much actual assistance at all. To give more context: the Agent wouldn't help with understanding the tenancy agreement/arrangements in this particular case of a houseshare, the way the Deposit Protection Scheme works, wouldn't try to help and get the furniture to a room in a house I was interested in and joining, for whatever reason, either. Shot down my very polite and repeated requests for at least some furniture in the house in quite a rough way, effectively expecting me to move in to a bare-bones room with no place to sleep on, and not appearing concerned or bothered in the slightest with this being an obvious issue. "Not for me to worry about that, mate, sort it out yourself" - not the words used at any point of course, I'll give him that, but just about sums up the approach I felt coming from the agent and the attitude. It allegedly had something to do with people who live/lived in the house previously, I really don't know, and not sure why I was the one to bear the brunt of whatever had been going on there before my planned arrival - but there you go. Dispiriting and deflating experience all throughout - had to pass on the tenancy in the end. I would much rather deal with an agency that cares about the tenants and makes the first impression as being helpful and approachable, when the need calls. This whole thing didn't come across as such, sadly, raising a red flag with regards to any possible assistance that might be needed further down the line (which it would be sooner or later - things need fixing/repairing/replacing in the house, if I can't even get a bed from them upon my arrival, dreading to think what would have happened had something actually malfunctioned and needed sorting out). YMMV - Your Mileage May Vary though. My experience wasn't great, you can try out yourself though and see if you have any more luck with them. What I know is that I'll give my money to someone more friendly, who actually has my well-being in mind and who cares, and isn't just shrugging it off when I'm asking for help faced with moving in in a few days' time and sleeping on the floor in late September, no less.

GoogleFor the unsuspecting landlord or tenant that's looking for the right Letting Agency, often this can be a challenge if you do not have the complementary knowledge and awareness that will enable you to choose the right Agency that will meet your expectation. I made the right choice more than 16 years ago when I elected WONDERLEASE to manage my properties, and they have surpassed my expectation in respect of customer first satisfaction scale. Wonderlease is not your average nor typical high street agency, they have exemplary qualities that sets them apart. They have been engaged in the lettings business for an extensive period of time and have thus developed an administrative infrastructure and capacity that has embraced the numerous statutory regulatory changes that affects lettings for both tenants and landlords. As part of their qualities they listen to your demands and provide solutions through consultations with all parties. They are very sensitive to your complaints and they work collectively as a team to provide the appropriate solution. Simply at the end of the day they do not want any of their customer to become worse off. This in my opinion is the very essence of value added customer first service delivery. I will recommend any potential customer that's frightened of how to navigate through the best choice for an Agency to visit WONDERLEASE and you will not be disappointed with the quality of information and service that will be afforded to you.

GoogleThe best estate agents you can get in the Walthamstow, Chingford and Leyton and Leytonstone area. Very responsive and care about the needs of tenants. Ben who managed our tenancy was very professional from start to end and made the whole process soo seamless. As soon as repairs are reported they dealt with swiftly. I will highly recommend them

GoogleWonderlease have rent my property at full asking price in a day. They’ve taken care of all the extensive work in this tired property and brought it to a both compliant and lovely standard in just 10 days, with a team of dedicated guys working around the clock to get it done. They are never too busy to meet and you do get a personal service with prompt responses to any questions. Having worked with a number of agents, I would highly recommend them. If you are serious about becoming a portfolio landlord I would recommend considering working this excellent team

GoogleI'm renting a property through this Agency and so far I have been quite upset with their lack of honesty.. They will say anything to get your business and then once they have it, then you discover all the lies they told you. Very disappointed so far.

GoogleAVOID. I had a really bad experience with the lettings branch of this agency a few months ago. I put a holding deposit down on a flat, only to find out a few days later they'd taken holding deposits from multiple people. They attempted to draw me into a bidding war for how much rent I would pay. I know other agents to use these practices, but I feel they should be upfront about what they are doing. There are much better letting agents in Walthamstow.

When it came to selling my property you sold the property quickly without any fuss or stress. On both occasions your company have been extremely professional and courteous at all times.
