GoogleI recently let an apartment through them and had a really smooth experience. Since this was my first experience in London, I was not sure how things would work, and in the beginning, I was a bit skeptical to be honest. But Richard was especially helpful, friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions I had and he made things so much easier. He made the whole process much less stressful. I would strongly recommend them for a trustworthy and smooth experience.

The person that helped take the order was very helpful. We didn't have a catalog and couldn't get on your website. And what made matters worse,we have a custom 1931 Ford Roadster with a newer motor in it. But he helped us find exactly what we needed from a catalog that you have. And sent us one with our order for next time so we will have an order number. We are so grateful! And thank him for his patience with us.

Google5 stars all the way! I rented with Wonderlease for 3 years and you can tell it’s a family business that genuinely cares about their tenants. Amanda is amazing, she always sorted everything that was needed to get fixed or arranged! After leaving my old place for personal reasons, I knew that I didn’t want to use any other estate agents. Ben has literally done his best to find the perfect home for me, which I’m now settling into. Thank you again for your stellar service 🙏

I’ve been using Trustpilot for a while now and it’s honestly become a bit of a habit. Before I put my card details into any new site, I just naturally open a tab to check the reviews here. It’s saved me from a couple of 'too good to be true' deals that were definitely scams. What I appreciate most is seeing the dialogue, when a company actually takes the time to reply to a bad review, it tells me a lot about how they treat people. It’s not perfect, but it’s the most reliable way I’ve found to stay safe while shopping online. Really glad this platform exists!

GoogleWonderlease let my house for me for many years, and were very good at finding new tenants quickly when I needed them. They have always been pleasant, polite and friendly, and highly competent at what they do. When I decided to sell the house Ben was excellent, even though the process was more complicated than any of us expected, keeping me well informed throughout and getting a good price for me. GoogleThe team at Wonderlease are so amazing, when I told them my requirements they went above and beyond to find us the perfect flat. Then made the whole process so easy. Anytime you need something fixed or done in the flat they organise it immediately. Can't recommend them enough.
