GoogleWonderlease are the best estate agents I've ever rented from. We rented from them for three years and only ever had great service, they were quick to respond to emails, organised support and repairs for the property very quickly when needed (although was very minimally needed), and were just very reasonable, polite, and professional throughout. Ben Cohen was who generally supported us and was great. Would highly recommend renting through them.

GoogleVery Bad Experience so please DONT TRUST ON Wonderlease Estate Ltd. Very ignorant behaviour and slow response of company staff and they will only give you property if they have good terms with you. The company employe lie about who’s working and who’s not working in their office.

GoogleWe'd been trying to purchase a house for 18 months - when we came across Ben at Wonderlease. He was helpful throughout and really drove the process forward for us, being happy to chase up the seller as well as both solicitors to ensure our purchase went smoothly. Ben was always happy and quick to get in touch and pick up the phone and even provided access for us one Saturday when he wasn't working. Finally - we found him to be honest and fair throughout the process which was a huge plus!! We'd definitely recommend and will be in touch if we're ever looking for an agent in the future! Trustpilot removed my honest review calling out poor service, claiming it violated rules, but it was just the truth. Interestingly, similar bad reviews from others are left standing. Could it be that companies flag aggressively when they're drowning in negativity? Frustrating, as this undermines trust. I continue using the site for checking sellers, though.

GoogleMy time with Wonderlease has unfortunately come to an end due to relocation but I would highly recommend them for lettings AND sales. In my experience they are professional and really do take the stress out of being a landlord. The communication and follow up was always great and handled with speed. My recent sale was very smooth and quick thanks to Bens efforts. A true professional and always in control. GoogleSmooth and easy process from viewing to moving in. Ben and his team were accommodating to our earlier move in day which really helped the logistics of our move. They are always super friendly and were patient and helpful when we were chasing our referees. Any maintenance issues upon move in have been acted upon super quickly. We feel right at home!

Then Wonderlease showed me how it's done. Courteous and professional service thanks to the fine people of Wonderlease. Ben and Wayne were great in making the whole process stress-free. Ben was always on top of things and would immediately follow up when I had questions/concerns. After I moved in, the flat had a few minor maintenance issues which were immediately dealt with thanks to the team (especially Amanda). I highly recommend Wonderlease to everyone for a first class service.
