Really pleased with our experience selling a flat in the Limehouse area with WJ Meade. They excelled on several levels. They provided a realistic view of the market, were thoughtful about defining the likely buyer and the appropriate marketing approach, and persevered in a difficult market. Communication and support was excellent throughout. More expensive than the high street chains, but worth it. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Billy was a friendly, respectful agent who was not at all pushy (as others we'd previously experienced), nor did he rush us at the viewings and has been accommodating whilst prompt at responding to any questions we had. The purchasing experience was also professional - Michael was efficient, quick at responding to emails and helped the process to run as smoothly as possible. Estate Agents are often given a bad name but these guys have proven that to be incorrect. I'd have no hesitation in recommending WJ Meade to any buyer or seller.

Chris and George were both very knowledgeable and were quickly able to assist with any questions I had so I could move forward, and correspondence was very quick so all good there too. Have only just put the property on the Market, so have yet to see how that goes. I bought my flat through the same office years ago so have faith in them. When I contacted them recently and was put in touch with Chris, he was very knowledgeable about my area and my style of flat and we could tell he was passionate about selling and very keen to help, so hoping all goes as hoped.

What a breath of fresh air WJ Meade Bow are! From arranging a viewing all the way through to completing our house purchase they were exceptional. Billy was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful when it came to arranging viewings, the property itself and the buyer's position. Unlike so many estate agents, communication with everyone at the office was excellent. Once our offer was accepted Michael dealt with the sale and again was super helpful, without him the solicitors on each side would no doubt still be going through their motions! We're thrilled with our new home but when we come to sell I have no question about who to put it on the market with. Highly recommend!

GoogleThe service at the Highams Park branch was absolutely appalling. I had to constantly be chasing up the agent for updates. There was no proactive communication and in many cases, where I was able to get some feedback, the information provided was incorrect. All of which resulted in me having to abort a purchase having wasted thousands of pounds, as well as months of my time. A totally unprofessional group.
Good afternoon Mr Joachin, W J Meade pride ourselves on delivering award winning customer service, and therefore when we receive a complaint or find out that someone is not totally satisfied with the service they have received, we take these things very seriously. When dealing with the sale of a property, as you know, solicitors are an integral part of the transaction. After liaising with the branch to find out more about this situation, it seems that the solicitors provided false information to yourselves and us. Unfortunately, we can only ever act with the information we are given. The Highams Park branch have tried contacting you several times today, but have had no luck. I would urge you to return their call, so we can resolve this situation and hopefully get the sale back on track. Kind regards, W J Meade

Within a week of my property being on the market with WJ Meade, he got me an offer after a previously poor experience with another local estate agent who managed only five viewings and zero offers in two months. I decided to go with WJ Meade as I told Adam about my struggles so far and he was happy to take over. We have a family history of positive experiences with other WJ Meade branches in Walthamstow when buying and selling, and they got us a result again! Adam remained a professional and calming influence throughout the transaction and was always available for support and encouragement through the ups and downs which are very common when buying and selling in a chain. He's a very friendly agent and his knowledge and experience shone through when helping us. Billy, our agent, has been outstanding, which is refreshing, having dealt with many estate agents over the last few months. He listened carefully to our requirements, provided valuable impartial advice and guidance, and went the extra mile to ensure we got a home meeting our requirements. Billy's knowledge of the property we were buying has been excellent, and he was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Billy is incredibly knowledgeable about the local housing market and area and has provided valuable insights that have helped us navigate a stressful and difficult process.
