I have worked with Winkworth on two occasions, both times have been excellent experiences. The agent we dealt with, Ahmed Ozdemir, was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, helpful and very upfront. We really felt that he had our best interests at heart and was transparent at ever stage of the process. He helped to negotiate with the landlord on our behalf things like furniture and move in dates. He was always prompt with answering the phone and emails.
