GoogleI recently bought an apartment with Winkworth and had a fantastic experience from start to finish dealing with Sean and Rory in the office. Communication was excellent and I felt well taken care of with the sale being pushed through on an almost daily basis. I would highly recommend working with them and I hope to again in the future. GoogleDisgraceful service from this company who tried to accuse me of money laundering
All vendors are required to supply us with ID as per Money Laundering Regulations of 2017 - this is not in any way targeted towards any individual. In this instance, we politely requested from you the required standard information to enable us to comply with such obligations. From this, your response was that following our request you would not be using us and would write negative reviews. We also have been unable to dispel your concerns as you were reluctant to let our Sales Manager explain our obligations over the phone. To clarify - Estate agency businesses are regulated by the Money Laundering Regulations of 2017 and as such there are numerous statutory obligations estate agents must comply with. On the sales side of our business, Winkworth is obliged to check buyers and sellers’ identity, confirm ownership of properties being sold and check funds for purchase have not been appropriated by illegal means. This is a standard procedure that we, and all estate agents whether you choose us or another in the area, are obliged to follow for all clients and is not targeted/biased towards individuals in any way. We sincerely hope you will be able to reflect upon this information and our Sales Manager, Nick Thomas would be happy to go through this in further detail should you wish to discuss this. GoogleNo issues with Winkworth apart from them not being very responsive to emails concerning issues with the flat. Waiting days to respond might be fine if a doorhandles is broken, but it's not when the flat becomes uninhabitable.

GoogleI was blown away by the positive treatment i received at Winkworth Shoreditch. Both in terms of quality of service and expertise they are second to none. Mr Willmott in particular was brilliant throughout the process and i cannot speak highly enough of him.
