GoogleMy experience with Winkworth has been extremely poor. Their lack of response to issues and attitude when they finally reply is horrendous. The conversations just goes in circles. I no longer use them, but they sent me a email over 3 months later saying I owe them money, after I checked if everything is cleared (though they didn't respond to that email). Avoid this branch. Hard to say if the other ones are any better.

GoogleUse them if you don’t mind have a leaking heater for 2 years, having no hot water for 8 months, or being unable to close a window during several winter months. I have lived in quite a number of countries and usually not in the poshest places, but I have never experienced anything remotely like this. Though they certainly consider themselves competent.
