Really poor communication and attitude from David Vibert in particular. Any time I rang him I couldn’t get a sentence out without him talking over me and being very condescending. Didn’t send documentation over when he said he would and needed reminders from us.

We were very pleased with Winkworth's help selling our flat - their advice on how to market it was very helpful, they weren't at all pushy in getting our business, and they had very good communication with us throughout the process - including a long-drawn-out sale process. Completely the opposite of what you heard about some of the other estate agents in the market.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Megan & Tanya have been very helpful during our recent flat move (particularly with a number of issues that needed to be sorted from day 1). They have both been very responsive at each stage, and everyone that we have dealt with at Winkworth seems very professional. Would highly recommend the service for other renters in the area.

Winkworth managed our property for 6 years while we lived overseas. They are a great team who took good care of the place, responding quickly when there were issues, dealing with tenants, getting the place let when tenants moved out and so on. I recommend them.
