GoogleWe instructed Winkworth to sell our flat in Tulse Hil. Anthony Nyland dealt with the sale and was fantastic throughout. It’s not the easiest market at the moment for flats in south London but Winkworth generated good interest for us and a competitive offer. Anthony was terrific during the conveyancing process and was 100% focused on getting the best outcome for us. Would 100% recommend!

GoogleVery impressed by the end to end experience. Having previously used a competing estate agent in the area, I switched to Winkworths and the difference in service was massive. The team, notably Anthony Nyland, were responsive throughout and developed a clear and effective plan to manage the sale end to end. Photographs and viewings were arranged quickly and with minimal input required from me, although I was kept informed throughout. Anthony and the team managed comms with the buyers and other stakeholders so that ultimately we got to a good outcome in a short time. Would highly recommend. Many thanks to Anthony, Charlie, and the rest of the team.

GoogleSteven was fabulous . We had a tumultuous ride with the solicitors but i can’t fault Steven’s acumen and delicate dance abilities between buyer and seller. When it gets stressful , Steven was a calm considered intuitive head and his communication was top notch . If I had to go again , I’d do it with Steven . Charlie’s price index was right on and overall I’m happy I went with Winkworth as the sensible option.

GoogleWe sold our property with Winkworth this year. The sale of our property had previously fallen through, which had left us feeling edgy - but as soon as Jackie took over I was put at ease. She managed our sale effortlessly. I totally trusted her judgement and she made sure I was kept in the loop and ensured good communication between ourselves and the buyers. Our agent Zak was particularly good, and was in equal parts professional, attentive and friendly, displaying a real understanding of what we were looking for, and searching for ways to facilitate our move at every turn. GoogleWe've had to deal with a number of estate agents through this process (we'd previously offered for a flat that turned out to be unmortgageable) so we came into this purchase a bit scarred but everything on this went so smoothly and your help getting us past the last minute service charge hiccup was hugely appreciated. Damien was great running interference between us, the seller and the lawyers, keeping us informed all the way. And it made a huge difference when Marc covered in Damien's absence - especially when our solicitors all went on holiday! We LOVE our new home! Thank you both so much again.

GoogleThe worst customer service ever, The Landlord is called Trevelleyan who has charged us £220 for cleaning, £100 Admin fee and other works done on the property from our deposit money which totals £550. Also be careful with repairs on the property as you may be charged when you leave. We left the property in great condition and have been great tenants hence why we were asked to renewal our tenancy. We are still awaiting for this situation to be sorted. I would have given no stars but this is not a option. Landlord is awful. Please save yourself distress and loss of money.
We are very disappointed to read of your experience during your tenancy and upon vacating. Whilst an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, we certainly empathise regarding the points you’ve made on the deductions made against your deposit. Our number one priority is always to maintain a hassle-free tenancy and an efficient and fair deposit release procedure, and we must highlight that we have a very competent, ARLA qualified Property Management team. We appreciate your frustration and understand your reasons for leaving a poor review on our page. However, we were not appointed as your property managers and so we were not in a contractual position to help you during your tenancy as the flat was managed by your landlords. When we last spoke, we advised that if you were in disagreement with your Landlord about how much deposit should be returned, your tenancy deposit scheme (DPS) offers a free dispute resolution service. Both parties agree to use this service, and an independent adjudicator will request both you and the Landlord to provide evidence and the final decision will be made about any deposit deductions impartially.
