GoogleIv being using Winkworth as my letting agent for over 12 years from when they were AKA. Iv always nothing but 5 stars service and still use use them and have regular contact with Sam there. They work effectively in finding me new tenants when the time is required and are always making sure all contacts are renewed in a timely manner and all documentation for certs required by myself are requested in plenty of time e.gas certs ect and insurance.

GoogleI went to this property agent reading other reviews on here. But i am certain that these are FAKE reviews by themselves. They told me to have a viewing on a Monday, i took the day of from work and then they said oh we have moved you to Wednesday without informing me. And then when i took a day off on Wednesday again they said that the landlord has decided to go with someone else. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH AND ENERGY WITH THEM.
