GoogleDealing with Winkworth on the sale of my property was a pleasure and a smooth and easy process. The team were effective and supportive in marketing my property, and my agent Arron was an excellent communicator and a hard worker. Arron was quick to update me on every step of the process, offering advice and support, facilitating the sale of the property with minimal stress. I would highly recommend Winkworth and Arron to any of my friends and family.

GoogleAJ was super helpful in assisting with an issue we had. Needed an engineer really late in the day due to our gas being cut off at the mains. Ajay assisted in arranging an engineer to come out asap and had the problem resolved that night, also followed up with a late call out of hours just to ensure that everything was sorted as we had children in the property and a pregnant wife Super grateful. GoogleWorst agency ever! Ask Daniel the “manager”to send me rent form and he never sent to me(like he told me to do). Sandiya she is rude, unprofessional, she literally doesn’t want to answer your questions, she is like okay have you finished bye. Literally not kidding. If you are interesting to rent a property don’t waste your time with them. It’s a shame because they have some good properties in such a good location but I prefer to be respected rather to deal with unprofessional. Landlords I fell bad to have this agency to represent you.
Dear Rit, after looking into this. You were told, on multiple occasions that due to your situation, you would not pass references therefore there was no need to send you an offer form. Winkworth make sure they qualify applicants quite thoroughly in order to give the best service to our clients.
