Dealt with Sam on a property sale. Couldn't recommend him more highly, particularly given the input now required to coordinate buyer/seller/freeholder. First class service at a competitive rate.

Throughout a challenging sale process in a difficult market, Henry was positive and professional, giving sound advice and coming up with constructive ways to overcome a series of problems. Always humorous and supportive, he was excellent at communicating and moving things on. No hesitation at all in recommending Winkworth South Ken!

Max is our estate agent and he was marvelous! I’m a real estate advisor in NYC and this was one of the best real estate transactions I’ve experienced in almost 14 years in the business. If you want high quality service with a smile, Max is your guy!

We had plenty of choice of estate agent in our locality and contacted several. We were first impressed with Henry, who went beyond his brief for us, and then met Bella who we found to be highly professional and personable- giving us a realistic assessment 0f a tenancy with both skill and charm. Since then the whole Winkworth team have moved into gear with courtesy and efficiency. We are extremely pleased with the attention they give us and for their high standards of service. Not long ago, I secured a rental, and it surpassed all expectations. Among the first flats I visited, Emma Peruzzi stood out as an exceptional agent. Her professionalism streamlined the administrative tasks, crucial given my time constraints. For anyone eyeing this locale and seeking a hassle-free experience in London's competitive market, this agency comes highly recommended.

We worked with Winkworth to sell our local lovely two bed flat, and couldn't have asked for more from them. Henry, who was managing our sale, was excellent at communication throughout and worked tirelessly to ensure our sale went through as quickly as possible. From the point at which we signed the contract to working with Winkworth to completion, we were really impressed. We would highly recommend them to anyone selling, buying or renting locally!

I recently rented an apartment in London with Emma, who made a normally extremely stressful process super smooth and easy. I was really pleased with her patience, honesty and kindness, all qualities I had never experienced before in my 5-year renting experience with different agencies across London.

We have rented several properties in London over the years, and Winkworth has been the best agency by far. The team is professional, friendly, and they go the extra mile to look after their tenants, even if it means helping them during 'out of hours.' I highly recommend them.
