GoogleWe just completed on our flat two months after listing with Winkworth Parson Green on Christmas Eve. I was very impressed in how they managed the whole process and made me feel less stressed with what can be a stressful time when selling. I would definitely recommend the Winkworth team to manage a sale.

GoogleOliver Svehlik did a fantastic job helping a couple of American ex-pats secure the perfect flat in a very difficult market. He was extremely accomodating with his time, responded promptly to our questions and requests, and gave us the advice we needed to put in the right offer which enabled us to sercure the flat. Then, after getting the good news, he walked us through the entire process from signing the agreements to getting the keys. I'd highly recommend working with him and Winkworth to others.

GoogleUtterly useless. I was unfortunate enough to let a flat off Winkworths in Fulham - never again, however good the flat appears to be. The flat when we came to move in was left in appalling condition by the previous tenants. Winkworths didn't care; stupidly, we just wanted the flat so decided to put up and sorted the flat (at considerable time and expense) ourselves. Management during the duration of the tenancy was non-existent. Certain characters in the office are either incompetent or just don't care. Probably both. Quibbled absolutely everything once we left the flat and charged exorbitant rates for absolutely any imperfection (despite the terrible state the flat was when we moved in) many of which we inherited. From my dealing with other letting agents, I know this level of service is far from the norm.

GoogleWinkworth Fulham branch is not just a standard awful estate agents- it's THE worst I have ever come across- and I've come across bad estate agents. This was my service experience: - I found a flat on gumtree that I really liked, unfortunately winkworth were managing it. -They didn't reply to my question about a viewing - I then kept getting emails from them about 2 bed properties, which I wasn't looking at, in areas I didn't want. -I then called them about the property and they said they couldn't do viewings past 5.45pm- not very realistic for full time working people -Eventually managed to view it at the weekend but the person showing us didn't tell us anything useful or have any knowledge of the property -We liked the flat so much that despite all the crap service we still put an offer on. -They mentioned we wouldn't hear until Monday as it's the weekend. - I then chased every day and they said they were waiting for a response and have put it forward. -I hear nothing by Tuesday, so I ask someone else in their office and they said the offer wasn't even put forward to the landlord -I call winkworth up to ask what happened and they said 'yes sorry they're looking for a couple not sharers'. So why didn't you tell me that to begin with? Why are you ALL SO BAD AT YOUR JOBS?? I'm looking for a flat and you're not doing anything to help? I have a good job, a line of good past landlord references- Yet you've done nothing to help me? and actually just lied to me about putting an offer forward... AWFUL.

Dear Louise, We welcome feedback, both positive and negative. It is incredibly helpful for clients to hear honest opinions on services from other consumers. Unfortunately, your review was published solely to promote false information. Chestertons recently let your property, however, you demanded that Winkworth paid a proportion of your inventory fees for the upcoming tenancy at your property. This request was extraordinary and, of course, we refused. You had not had any previous complaint with Winkworth and there was no reason for our company to cover the cost of your inventory fees. You informed us that if we didn’t pay your fees you would broadcast “bad experiences” with our office on “Fulham/Parsons Green networks all social media channels etc”. Unfortunately, social media can be used as a tool to blackmail both individuals and businesses, and, to cause harm to the reputation of those individuals and businesses. We are not litigious people, but, as you are aware, we are taking your actions very seriously. Regards, Georgia and Faith

GoogleSold a house and flat in Fulham, Nov22. Spot on pricing, sales and close plan. Super helpful with handymen to do some small repairs. Dressing the home was expensive but effective. Highly recommended team there who know their stuff. 5 Stars! Big thanks.
