GoogleBe warned, these guys were awful the whole two years of our tenancy. Janie was so unhelpful and rude whenever we reached out. At the end of the tenancy we left the property in great condition, and she tried to take £804 of our deposit, £560 of which was for cleaning. Luckily our deposit was held in a Tenancy Deposit Scheme so having disputed it they ruled in our favor, but watch out.

GoogleIt was a very sad time for us selling our family home where myself and my sisters were born. I was dreading dealing with the agents as I have worked with agents for over 20 years. To our surprise these wonderful ladies Faith Lilly and Louise made is very bearable. We had so many laughs with them along the way. Even the day I handed in the keys it ended with laughs. GoogleFaith and Lily were fantastic throughout our sale, not only were they brilliant at marketing and launching our flat (which was self evident when it sold in less than two days after the first viewing, for well over asking), but they continued to be incredibly helpful right up until completion. They were always on the other end of the phone to answer any concerns and discuss our options. Winkworth Fulham is by far the best Fulham agent I’ve dealt with and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

GoogleI sought valuations from 6 local agents and one disruptor/developer for the purpose of selling my mother's house. Faith visited and immediately saw many qualities of character the property possessed that had not occurred to the competition. She said she needed time to consider the valuation, and came back with a figure in excess of that which the square footage alone might have merited, with reasons in support. We were slightly sceptical, but decided to instruct Winkworths. We received an offer, and exchanged, within a week at a price 20% higher than the highest valuation from the other agents. Truly exceptional 7 star result from a warm and professional team.

GoogleNot only did Faith & Lilly sell our 2 bed flat for asking price before it officially launched (really), but then went to extraordinary lengths to support us with impossible conveyancing solicitors during our recent purchase. GoogleHonesty from the first meeting with Faith @ Winkworths was the single most important thing for us! No fluff or guff just straight honest talking about what our home, in the current market and in its condition was worth. After taking her advice we got the full asking price in one week. Brilliant. We learnt that there is no point having an agent who tells you what you want to hear (been there didn't sell) but an agent who tells you what their experience and knowledge of your local market tells them. GoogleWe chose Faith & her team because they had a very good understanding of the area and how we should present the property to attract the right buyers. It’s a tough market but Faith and Lilly found the right buyer and managed the whole sales communication process very well for both sides, including sensitive price negotiations. The sale went ahead in the timeframe everyone wanted. This doesn’t happen without constant attention and cajoling! We highly recommend Winkworth F&PG.
