GoogleThere's not enough space here to list what went wrong. Sales didn't know anything about the flat and admin won't do anything unless chased by email. It genuinely felt like they were trying to sabotage the rental process by being as unhelpful as possible.

GoogleWe were informed - after being told we had an offer accepted and paying a holding deposit - that the property we intended to rent had been given to someone else, seemingly because of shoddy communication on the part of View - who later claimed they had “found required documents we had sent in Spam”.
Advertised terms were ignored and we were left having handed in our notice’s with a worrying search to find somewhere else quickly because of View’s incompetence. Would strongly advise against using.

Hi Stephen, we do understand your frustration and we are sorry that you did not get this property. We have investigated and all documents were forwarded to the landlord as soon as we received them. The emails that went to spam were your last two emails and had nothing attached. The landlord went with another agent and there was nothing we could do to get you the flat although we tried. Again we understand the disappointment and the inconvenience this has caused. We tried everything we could but the decision was taken completely out of our hands.
