GoogleBeware of this agency- better off choosing another flat than going into a rental managed by victorstone . It has been more than three months since we left the flat and are chasing for someone to return our deposit. We have now applied to the deposit protection scheme, and learnt that Victorstone reduced the protected value without informing us.

GoogleViewed a flat with them and paid a holding deposit of a grand, decided to not take the flat and tried for three weeks to reclaim my money. To this moment I dont have it. I dont know whether they are expecting me to forget about it so they can keep it or whether they just really dont care. Avoid in any case.

GoogleShocking company! Had lots of issues in the the Company and the property - premises badly maintained and dirty on arrival - mice running around in the kitchen and it took months to get the pest control in. They ignore emails and don't answer the phone and charge extortionate rates. AVOID at all costs!

GoogleI had to beg for 1.5 months to get my deposit back despite the fact that the landlord was happy to return the full deposit. They kept telling me that they are "chasing it" but i am not sure what was there to chase.

GoogleMy previous tenant deposit has been held for 60 days now! Still no return deposit!!! Every times I need to call Account department. They always said someone will call me back soon. No mail no call NOW !!!! They only jobs to charge your fees.😅

GoogleGreat Experience renting with Victor Stone. I would highly recommend them if you're looking to live in Camden area. Responsive, reliable and very easy to deal with. I never had any issues renewing the lease, getting timely help in emergencies (boiler repairs, etc) and dealing with getting roommates replaced.
