GoogleFound a flat marketed by Thomas Michael and contacted them immediately. The viewing took place the next day and the contracts were signed and we moved in not even a week after the first viewing. It all went super smooth without all the normal 'agent issues' that we came across earlier with plenty of other agents. The agent, Tom, did a superb job and is a really nice, honest guy. I strongly recommend this agency to everyone looking for a flat.

GoogleWe've instructed Thomas Michael twice over a 4 year period to find suitable tenants for our apartment. On both occasions the service Tom provided was excellent - great communication and an attention to detail. We also appreciated his knowledge of the market and realistic rental evaluation. We would certainly use the agency again and highly recommend them.

GoogleTom has found us ideal tenants for our flat on two occasions, both times literally within hours of us instructing him. We have been renting our flat out for 5 years and have only used him. Due to his expertise and professionalism, we moved seamlessly between tenants and he has provided us with help and advice in the interim also. We would thoroughly recommend him.

GoogleThomas Michael is an independent estate agent. I gave mandate to Thomas Michael to let my property. They clearly discussed the steps involved in the process. Their approach is professional, but personal. I found Thomas Michael to be competent, zealous, and prompt in every action that needed to be taken. In consequence, I strongly recommend them.

GoogleBest estate agents in London. Kind, polite and great customer service. They always go the extra mile, I left a package at my flat when moving out and they made sure it was safely returned to me. I could not be more thankful. Don't look any further.
