My partner and I were very happy with Stow Brothers' service - as they helped us to find the perfect house. Whilst we in in the viewing stages, we ended up carrying out the viewings with 4 different agents as Stow Brothers did everything they could to accommodate our schedule and needs. Once we picked the place we wanted, Kenan was very supportive throughout, and most importantly was very responsive to calls and emails. In the end we also felt that he played a responsible role in pushing both us and the vendors...and most importantly the solicitors! 2.5 months to complete a leasehold purchase in time for Christmas!

All of the staff are really helpful and friendly, especially Heidi. We attended several viewings in E17 through the Stow Bros and all were professional and helpful. We eventually bought a new build property which Heidi arranged. We were delighted to hear from Heidi on completion who popped round to our new home to give us a welcome home gift. So thoughtful! I’d highly recommend if you are buying to use the Stow Bros, they’re not your usual estate agents. Thank you!

Of all the estate agents we engaged with during our house hunt, the Stow Brothers were the most consistently professional and friendly bunch, who always gave us ample time and space when viewing their properties, while also being on hand for any questions we might have. Both before and after our offer was accepted, it very much felt like Harriet was taking the time to build a relationship with us. She was super communicative, helpful and quick to respond to any queries, making sure we always knew what our status was. In our experience, the Stow Brothers delivered a service above and beyond the other agents with whom we'd come into contact. Harriet's personal approach and the company's extra nice touches along the way really made a difference, and made the process of buying our first home smooth and painless.

Yuppies that are not local to the area driving up the prices for housing. EDIT: They mention that they are not driving up sales prices; apart from the exorbitant buy/rent prices on their site, they are also building a new gated (yes, gated) community in Walthamstow, with houses starting from £1 million, and the design completely incongruent to its surroundings. There has hitherto not been any sort of development of this scale and cost in Walthamstow, and this estate agent is spearheading the increase of housing in the borough

From patiently answering queries during the many viewings I did (their local knowledge is brilliant!) to being accommodating about timings when I asked to see some flats outside hours, to helping with my final deliberations without putting undue pressure; they’re open, friendly and service-oriented. Kenan Krkic has been amazing in supporting me all the way through the process. Prompt, quick to act and very solution-focused, he managed to keep me calm even through unforeseen delays and road bumps! Me and my partner have just recently rented our dream flat with the help of Stow Brothers. No one likes flat hunting the best of times so we were so pleasantly surprised and at ease with the help of Ben from Stow Brothers. We viewed a couple of their properties and knew from the beginning we would want to rent through them. The quality of the properties on their books are so lovely. All of the representatives that we met we found to be really friendly and not at all pushy. In the end we worked with Ben to secure our place and he made everything so easy for us. We feel so happy to be in our new home and at ease knowing we have such a lovely company and landlord to rent through. We feel totally trusted that everything is managed properly and efficiently. Really good experience with Stow Brothers. The photographs they took were good. After initially dealing with Nathan, we took his advice on pricing our property and had a genuine buyer after the open day. William was assigned to see our case through and he was good at responding to my phone calls and queries. Every one there is polite and helpful and our sale went through very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this estate agent. They are better than the average E17 estate agent you will come across in Walthamstow.
