Where do I even begin? Finding this property was a journeyyy but Silvio was there every step of the way. All the properties were lovely but Silvio kept working with us until we found the one we wanted. Such a fab team. The service from the South Woodford branch has been outstanding. They always reply to emails quickly and they are happy to go out of their way to help with viewings and they have a thorough knowledge of the properties in their portfolio. Plus they are a very friendly bunch. Max especially has been very helpful in arranging viewings and answering any questions I might have. He is always really quick to respond to him. I've been very impressed with the team at Stow. Just the right level of friendliness and approachability without being unprofessional. The advice is clear, robust and commercial. In my view the team knows what they are doing and in the murky waters of the English conveyancing system it's a relief to deal with people who are open to suggestions, listen and respond sensibly and above all do what they say they are going to do, when they say. Josh in particular is clearly switched on and as the dedicated Sales Progressor has done exactly what is says on the tin to great effect. I hope I never have to sell and buy in a chain again, but if I do it's likely to be with these guys.

Stow Brothers were AMAZING from start to finish! Josh, Amy, Phoebe and Abi were brilliant to deal with - they were all so patient and the communication was fantastic! From putting in our offer to collecting our keys was under 12 weeks and nothing was a problem to them. We honestly cannot recommend them enough - they made what is typically a very stressful period extremely seamless and now we are very excited to move in, explore the area and enjoy our new home.
