Despite the difficult market following the outbreak of the Iran War, Stow Bros successfully sold my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Kenan was brilliant throughout the sale, and Claudia did an amazing job keeping the chain together despite delays outside their control. Their communication was genuinely excellent from start to finish. I always knew what was happening and felt that everything was being chased when it needed to be. This was a complete contrast to my experience last year, when I was both buying and selling through the same national estate agent. Poor communication and inaccurate information about the house I was buying ultimately caused the chain to fall apart. I’m really grateful to Kenan, Claudia and the Stow Bros team for getting everything over the line, particularly given how challenging the market was. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling their home.

We’ve been working with Stow Brothers since October, and the experience has been genuinely great from the beginning. The whole team is very professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They regularly send us really good property options, and arranging viewings has always been quick and straightforward. We’ve now had our third viewing with them, and every time the process has been smooth, well organised, and stress-free. They reply to messages very quickly, keep everything clear and professional, and always make you feel supported throughout the process. The StowBrothers was the best experience we had trying to find a new home in London. The team were so helpful, especially Silvio, in helping us find a spot. Even after we were put in contact directly with the landlord, they reached out to us several times to ensure everything was in order. We will deffo be back to them when it’s time for us to move again !

I was shown around a property by Eda and she was really friendly, professional, and well prepared. She knew the property well and answered all my questions clearly, which made everything really easy and relaxed. She also gave me plenty of space to look around in peace, which I really appreciated, while still being on hand when needed. She helped set everything up smoothly from start to finish. We recently sold our home through Stow Brothers and we had a great experience throughout, in what can be a stressful time. Once a sale had been agreed and it progressed to the nitty gritty part of uploading documents, answering questions and dealing with solicitors, Anita was our go to person at Stow Brothers. We had a really positive experience selling our home with Stow Brothers. From the start, Tony was very approachable and completely no pressure, which made the whole process feel much more comfortable than we expected. Our property was quite unique compared to others in the area, but the team were great at setting realistic expectations and explaining the strategy clearly. Communication was excellent throughout, we always felt well informed and the advice was honest and straightforward. One thing that really stood out was how carefully they screened prospective buyers, which gave us a lot of confidence during viewings and negotiations. Tony was also simply very easy to talk to and always happy to answer questions. Selling a house can be incredibly stressful, but Stow Brothers made the process feel much more seamless than we anticipated. We’re really grateful for their professionalism and for the care they showed with what was a very special property to us. If you're considering alternatives to the more traditional estate agents locally, we’d absolutely recommend giving Stow Brothers South Woodford a look. You won’t regret it.

Just wanted to recommend the Stow Bros team in the South Woodford office particularly Amy, Max & Tony. They were extremely professional in marketing and showing our local Victorian House. They fully understand the local market and how to identify, market and attract appropriate potential buyers. They may have done too good a job as we have decided to stay so the transaction did not complete but it is only fair to highlight the professionalism of the Stow Bros throughout.

We were shown around a property by Amy last weekend and she was professional, friendly and extremely well prepared. It was so refreshing to have someone who was so organised and had so much knowledge of the property. She answered every one of our questions without hesitation and even had a print out with all the info. We met with a few local estate agents before we were recommended Stow brothers by some friends and we are so glad they did. Tony clearly understood our property and the design ethos and appreciated all the small details that made it special, as did the agents that did the viewings. They worked super fast to get us on the market with beautiful photos and marketing material and we were under offer within weeks of instruction. Our dealings with Stow Bros were just as positive getting through to completion and exchange, which can't be said of all estate agents! We thought it could be a risk to choose them over local agents but we were so glad we did - and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
