Once we moved to Dema and her team the house was sold very quickly at a great price! She is extremely professional at all stages of the sale process, makes an extra effort to be sure your house is presented perfecting for each viewing and online. They do an excellent job to pre-screen any viewings to be sure it’s a quality of volume. Her and the team followed the sale going over and above once the deal is agreed all the way to completion. Worked with Rafael as the buyer for a property in blackheath and Rafael represented the seller. Rafael did a fantastic job managing the whole transaction all the way from our first viewing to completion. He was available at all times, super responsive, helpful and solution oriented. Generally a very nice person to interact with and much better than high street agents. He obviously managed the sellers interests very well but also handled our concerns well as the buyers. Having spent many years renovating our home, and finishing it to a very high standard, we felt we needed an estate agent that would appreciate this work. If anyone tells you estate agents are all the same they haven't met Raphael Fitoussi-Findlay of The Private Realtor. Lots of people can give a valuation and do viewings but the skill comes in taking an interested viewer and turning that into successful completion. We have recently sold our house in Greenwich through Raphael and he is everything all the other reviews have said - meticulous in the detail, engaging with us and the prospective buyers, provides immediate feedback, it felt like a real working partnership, he actually cares. Wow! My house had been on the market for two months with a reputable high street agent. I’d had two sales fall through. It felt as though the due diligence hadn’t been done each time. I called Raphael and immediately I could see a completely different approach. Raphael handled everything in person. This was a complete change to having to show different junior agents around my home usually 2 minutes before a viewing!! Raphael was here for the photographs, every viewing and took time to understand what I needed. Within one week we had had a number of viewings and offers above asking price and a sale. The people buying my house are serious and committed. Raphael continues to work hard to see everything to completion. Again very different to usual agents. I can honestly say that Raphael is the nicest estate agent I have ever dealt with. In the past when we've bought houses, there was always a moment in the process that was extremely stressful but with Raphael there was none of it. Can't recommend Raphael highly enough. We had our house on the market with a well-regarded local agent, but couldn't get it sold. We were told the branch manager would deal personally with our sale - after which we saw no one but a succession of junior agents. Communication was poor and we received no guidance on the best way to deal with the few offers they did manage to generate - and they all fell through. We switched to Raphael after three months and the difference was immediate - he oversaw all the photography and marketing and handled every viewing himself. He was always available to answer questions and provided honest advice at every step of the way. We were under offer about a month after signing up with Raphael - and that was during August, traditionally a very quiet time of the year. Raphael has been on hand at every stage from offer to exchange of contracts, making sure that communication between us and our buyers was clear and constructive. A brilliant and innovative service, and the way all estate agents should be!
