GoogleThey lure you in showing properties on zoopla that aren’t available (immediately after being posted) and then try to make you rent more expensive (and lower quality) ones. This has happened multiple times in the last few days.

GoogleDidn’t have the smoothest experience initially because was given some misleading information from the estate agent about the property. However, after this was all cleared up, the process of renting our student flat has been efficient and the people organising contracts and deposits were really helpful and kind

GoogleI used the services of The Chant Group for in the summer to find some tenants for me whilst I was away. Perry found and secured the new group for me and kept me posted at all times (even with the time difference). Khrystyna then helped complete the process and it didn’t stop there - she has been very helpful since which I value very much in a agency.
