GoogleOur experience with Chant group has been fantastic. Communication was superb. Fast and clear, very professional. Adam W in particular was brilliant. He showed us around the property that later chose to go for and he was friendly but not pushy and is very approachable. He was all round super helpful and made us feel relaxed and gave us plenty of time to view the property. All the team at Chant group were great at helping us to secure the property and we would definitely recommend them. Thanks for making our search for a home enjoyable! All our best, Danny and Mike.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe've been with Chant Group for a year so far. The property manager Florica Morar has done an absolutely amazing job in managing the flat - she is always there to help - incredibly efficient, responsible and knowledgeable! She even went the extra mile, working on Saturday when we had an emergent accident on the property. We feel very fortunate to have her!

GoogleThe property I rent is in a great location, very convenient and can easily access most places I need to commute to. The agency is highly professional, providing all the necessary services and documents needed during my consulting process. Although a small communication problem occurred, they tried their best to amend it and provide a satisfactory result.

GooglePerfect and smooth rental experience! A comforting deal. Oliver Wilson set up a time for us to view the property, provided us with detailed information about it, and addressed any concerns we had about the contract. He was extremely diligent in assisting us after we moved in, which is highly recommended.
