We recently sold our investment property with James at The Agency UK and I have to say, what a breath of fresh air!We had 2 estate agents value the property before James and it was the usual pushy sales pitch from them both. Not a tactic that I personally like. They were both keen to pitch the property at a much lower value and hopefully start a bidding war between prospective buyers, leaving someone disappointed. Then along came James!. His thoughts for selling the property were from a totally different angle. He turned up on time and gave us a small, friendly, non-pushy sales pitch. He presented how he works, how he planned to market the property and what he could do for us to make the whole process easy, hassle free and in the quickest time possible. After meeting with 3 agents, we decided to go with James, and it was a great decision. He took care of the marketing, viewings, and everything else involved with selling a property. He did all the usual chasing of solicitors on both sides and updated us weekly on the progress. The whole process was smooth and totally hassle free, we got a good price for the property that all parties were happy with. I would not hesitate to recommend James and The Agency UK if you are thinking of selling your house. We are certainly looking forward to working with him again in the near future. 5 stars from us! We found the whole experience of selling our house exceptionally easy through the help and attention given to us by Zoe Jones, at The Agency UK. From our first visit from Zoe for our valuation, everything was dealt with quickly, efficiently and we were kept informed at every stage of the sale. The communication between ourselves and Zoe was excellent, she always answered our communications quickly and no question we had was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Zoe as she was a pleasure to work with, and she made the whole process of selling our house, so much easier by giving it her personal attention .

Wow, what can I say, Jonathan was so helpful when we were looking for a house in our local village he really went above and beyond! He offered to post letters and he knocked on doors to personally deliver them. He also regularly posted on facebook to try and find us a house. This proved sucessful as following all his hard work, someone contacted him who was willing to sell and we were able to view it and secure it before it came to the market. Everything went very smoothly and the icing on the cake was a beautiful orchid and a cream tea from our local tea shop- what more could you ask for?

Looking to buy a home currently is extremely stressful. There is low stock, numerous interested buyers and high prices. I met Thomas McCann at a property I almost didn’t bother going to. It was perfect for us. Thomas was supportive through the entire process of me putting in a realistic but favorable offer. My offer was accepted. Buckle up, it's a long review. But worth it! We met Tony when we viewed a property he was selling. We were immediately impressed by a few things: - the respect with which he treated the property he was selling and with which he spoke about the owners. This was mid covid and despite being immuno compromised, we felt safe and like we weren't putting anyone at risk. - the fact there was no hard sell. He took the time to discuss our needs and chatted honestly to us about how the property might or might not work for us. He had great ideas and personal accounts that were relevant and helpful - he has a calm, friendly approach and manner that is at complete odds with the traditional estate agent reputation. We felt completely comfortable with him. We booked an appointment to discuss him selling our two properties. He prepared documents in advance and we really liked the way he described the Agency ethos - the idea of not being just a number and a more personal approach. His prices were competitive as well so we asked him to help us sell. The estate agent part was the only part of the moving process that wasn't stressful. The highlights for us: Communication - moving is characterised by so many letters and so much paperwork and stress. We only heard from Tony when it was necessary, no pointless calls or emails. Such a contrast to the estate agent we bought from who seemed to send irrelevant emails on a daily basis. And yet in turn, we were able to message him at any time of day and get a timely, helpful response. This was so helpful for busy working mums. The paperwork was minimal and easy, all done online. Flexibility - we weren't restricted to traditional office hours. In contrast, we found that Tony was flexible with times and we worked around his hours and him around ours. Helped by awesome communication. Personal touch - he turned up on moving day and to our absolute shock, randomly just lent a hand with some tricky bits of furniture! We had a bout of covid the week before and were really struggling on the day. He couldn't have been more helpful on a day when it couldn't have been more appreciated. Similarly, he turned up on a weekend to help us fill in solicitor paperwork. Above and beyond what we'd expect and so helpful. He has a knack for reassurance and putting people at ease. Overall we honestly can't rate this company, and Tony in particular, highly enough. Five star experience.

If you are looking to sell your property with a personal, professional and friendly touch, look no further than 'The Agency UK'. We sold our house with 'Jane McQueen' and you couldn't ask for a nicer person to help you along the way. Jane was available to us day/night and even at the weekends - available by phone, text and email. He answered all of our questions and even told us some facts about the property and area we did not know. Terry are Shonaigh are nothing less than miracle workers! Through them we found our dream home - the fly in the ointment was that we had two properties to sell and time was not on our side.
