Right from the start you can see that Tony is going to be good with prospective buyers. He is an experienced agent who is personable, enthusiastic, and has a real interest in the property. He is the one who lists the property, oversees the photography and conducts the viewings, and he does all of this exceptionally well. What you see is what you get, and what you get is a hard working and reliable agent that gives you the confidence that the marketing of your property is in good hands. The big difference between Tony and most other agents (and we have dealt with quite a few over the years) is that he doesn’t just list the property, he sells it, and to round it all off, he is a nice guy to do business with.

Don't touch with a barge pole. Not to be trusted. I have just pulled out of a bungalow purchase for my daughter due to the refusal of the sellers to fix a significant number of electrical faults (some dangerous) highlighted in the EICR together with other hidden issues discovered in the Survey. The Ta agent had no qualms remarketing the property the very next day at the same price in the hope of course that another purchaser would be dumb enough to buy without pursuing a Survey or EICR and the Sellers would misdeclare the electrical issues to their solicitors.

THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

TRACEY FISHER, NORWICH. This was my first house move in over 30 years. Tracey went beyond the call of duty to make sure it happened, despite all the setbacks we experienced over many months. Tracey was available any time to advise or explain, and held the entire chain together when it nearly fell apart at the end. Tracy showed admirable negotiating skills and was prepared to give others a nudge when required. Highly recommended and would definitely use her again. But not for a while.

Roberto is a fantastic agent. He was extremely knowledgeable about the property itself as well the neighbourhood. Once we put an offer in he was proactive in getting this over the line. Always available when any parties needed to contact him and was diligent in all his work. Roberto is clearly someone who takes him time to understand the vendor, the property and the buyer. He isn’t there to simply open a door, but talks through the property in its current state and the renovation potential too. Lastly, he is a very decent person and a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend him whether you are buying or selling.

Tony Wood is in one word Brilliant as an estate agent. We needed to sell my Dad’s house which had not been lived in for 18 months. Tony had proactively posted a letter through the door describing his estate agent credentials. Having not bought or sold a house in over 20 years we had the old image of an estate agent. Tony dispelled all the cliches, he is a fantastic professional with a real understanding of buyers and sellers needs, he did social media postings, drone videos etc etc. I could ramble on but all I will say is Tony should be your first choice as an estate agent as nothing is too much bother.

Mia Evans has been fantastic throughout the process of putting our house on the market. Its been so nice having an estate agent working with the modern world to our advantage. Marketing was incredible and the video was perfection. We couldnt believe it was our house it looked so good. Thanks so much to Dave! Its so frustrating when shopping around and there are blurry pictures, a lack of floorplans and lack of basic information. Mia and Dave were such perfectionists and they both clearly shown their passion in our ad. All of our friends and family have been wowed by the ad and beautiful pictures. Communication is plentiful and Mia gave good, honest advice we could trust. She was available at all times and we always felt like a priority. She never made us feel guilty about the late night or weekend calls and texts. The complete opposite to standard estate agents when their phones are ringing out and they dont call back when they say they will. Having Mia available as a constant outside of standard hours was such a premium benefit for us. Mia made sure she understood our needs and informed herself thoroughly on the details of our property. We were really particular about who we wanted to sell to and she was invaluable in finding the perfect buyers to leave for our neighbours. She was such a professional and helped us secure various offers. She managed to book 19 viewings in the first 2 days and 14k more than asking price. Best of all we didnt lift a finger. Fantastic! Mia was very dedicated, approachable and knowledgeable. She had competitive prices for solicitors, brokers, removals and more and makes sure she only works with the best. Everything was made so easy for us from start to finish thanks to Mia. She is definitely an inspiration for estate agents everywhere. I would 100% recommend Mia for your estate agent needs.

Ross has recently helped us get an offer accepted on a property to purchase. From the first call I had with Ross, I could tell he was unlike other estate agents. He was down to earth, friendly and wasn't pushy at all. At the viewing he was knowledgeable about the local area, amenities, and the house. He was able to answer all the questions we had, and we appreciated that he gave us a full half an hour to view the property, rather than double booking us with other potential buyers or giving us a rushed 10-minute slot, which we’ve found other agents to do. What I found notable as a buyer was, he didn’t just push for the highest offer and try to make you feel panicked. He was clear about the offer process from the beginning and worked to find not just the right price for the buyers and sellers, but help the sellers chose the right buyers for them. There was a lot of competition for the property and Ross helped us immensely - communicating our “story” and circumstances to the seller, which helped get our offer over the line. Since our offer has been accepted, he’s been in regular contact keeping us up to date of any developments. Tom has been the agent handling my house purchase. He has been proactive, approachable and nothing was too much trouble throughout what has been a ridiculously long process with plenty of bumps along the way. He works for himself (as do I), and he has shown a clear incentive and accountability to get this sale / purchase completed, which is not something I have seen from any of the agents working for the bigger companies. My sellers did very well to choose Tom for their sale- many would have gone mad or given up if it had been handled by a bigger company. I would fully recommend Tom if you’re looking to sell.
