TrustpilotDo not rent with Tates
I gave Tates the full management for my fully furnished studio to be back to my apartment 10 years later and found it empty apart from a sofa bed and 2 cupboards. Everything had been taken away, not 1 penny as compensation for having to buy again chairs, table, microwave....even a personal painting had been removed without my consent. I strongly advice owners in the area to avoid renting through Tates, they are the worse of the worse.

GoogleTates are the best estate agents I have rented with so far! They are a well managed, professional business. Whenever there is an issue with the flat, Charlotte our lovely property manager always responds immediately and acts as soon as the landlord gets back to her. They always get professionals to fix any problems with the flat which is always nice as there is no messing around. Would recommend!
