I wish to commend Strutt and Parker of Norwich for their excellent service. Ian Barnaby-Parsons was friendly and supportive. The house was beautifully represented and i still have remarks on the quality of the vitrtual reality video. It really did give people a great impression of my house. Everyone was delightful in the Norwich office and I thank Ian unreservedly!

This company ROBBED us. The Solicitors are complicit in taking advantage of pensioners. Do not trust them, The owner Anne Macdonald who is wealthy and owns a hotel took the stove that was advertised in the brochure. She stripped off mirrors in the bathrooms leaving exposed hot wires. Such greed on the part of owner and solicitors is disgusting. We are trying to go to the police because no one will correct this and undisclosed roof issues, mold, and numerous lies. If anyone can help us on how to proceed we would appreciate. In addition we paid $40,000 over asking and we feel violated like being raped. The greed is astounding. They all drive fancy cars and lie to your face. Avoid Suzanne Moss and Kerry Grant because they will not get back to you to help return a stove in their brochure and the mold is making us sick. Avoid at all costs. I hope we can get arbitration but the greed is so deep. Sad.

She was attentive, thoughtful about our needs and always followed up on requests and tasks in a timely fashion. Above all, we really appreciated Victoria’s calm, professional manner when negotiating some challenging issues to make sure we had a successful completion. We would recommend buying a property through the Sevenoaks office.

Ignore my username on this- I should rebrand to Unhappy Customer! The St Albans branch are terrible. The agent we dealt with was late, rude and offhand and not transparent with what was happening with the offer process (we are looking to both buy and sell). We are currently reconsidering agents to sell our house and on the basis of our experience will never work with Strutt and Parker. Apalling.

Viewed a property with them and offered in writing as requested after the appointment. Didn’t hear anything back for a few days so called to chase and to be told another offer was accepted. I wasn’t called to ask if I wanted to increase my offer which I would have done to the asking price or even over asking price.The viewing assistant said on the appointment the house will be redecorated before move in and to make sure we put that down on the offer which we did. When I called them to check on my offer they said they have gone with another offer because they didn’t want it painted. (We didn’t request this but the agent said it would be so we wrote it down)They sound absolutely clueless on the phones and obviously don’t communicate or know how to work for their landlords or they could have got more money from me.Told the lady I wouldn’t rent from them ever after this first experience with them all I can say very disappointing for a ‘well known’ agent in the area.

Attended Sevenoaks branch on Saturday, to initially register interest for our property search. Contemptuous manner to see us for enquiry as near to closing hours, when we were then reluctantly asked our budget, rudely scoffed they do not deal with properties at £525k, minimum is £675k. Albeit we were too poor for your property stock on this occasion, there is a way to conduct your services professionally.

Really rubbish agency, I have no heating in my flat yet they completely ignored any emails I have sent them about this issue , really unprofessional people, I personally dealt with Shanon Flanagan and Jay O'Dell from Cadogan Street London and they are both very unprofessional and just plain rude and lazy people.

Great service in selling my late mothers property. First set of photos were not acceptable but it was no problem to order a second set. Guide price achieved.Sale held up, due to delay in attaining probate, but purchasers kept well informed by S&P.All went very well, fully recommend.

GoogleI rented a flat through Oliver Hayden at S&P and the process was truly effortless. Oliver was quick to give updates on the process, make himself available and answer even the most random of questions. I felt very pampered even though I wasn't the one paying for the service. 5-star, truly recommended!!!
