Hello Lara-Jane Pike, Thank you for your review. We’ve checked our records and, unfortunately, we’re unable to find any record of your interaction with Fine & Country St Albans, nor any instance where we have provided you with a service. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of customer care. If you believe you have engaged with our office, please could you share further details of your experience by contacting us directly at stalbans@fineandcountry.com so that we can look into this promptly? If, however, this review has been left in error, we would be most grateful if you could kindly remove it. Kind regards, Fine & Country St Albans
