Having discussed this matter with you last week, I think that we agree that this is a misunderstanding. You did state that this wasn't an accurate review of our performance over the past 6 years and that you would look to review your review. Regards Richard Hall Director

FacebookHad a great experience renting my first property with Myles from streets ahead - was tricky and stressful doing it alone and it’s a big decision so having Myles to talk it through with was great! He was informative, showed me everything that was on offer and always gave me his honest opinion, which was invaluable. Highly recommend!

FacebookAvoid them - if a property is listed with two agents use any other agent. Simple things like telling you which power meter is yours is beyond them. Simple customer services and urgency are ignored. They will tell you they will do something and then tell you they didn’t say that - even when in writing. #AVOID

We are ever so sorry but this appointment is not in our diary as explained on the telephone when you called. We did endeavour to put another appointment in the diary but you refused. I am sorry we couldn't help at this time.

GoogleEven though I found a house to rent via a different agent. I want to appreciate Maya for being so kind & helping me try to find a place, especially now where finding a decent place within a budget is pretty stressful.

GoogleAs a tenant of L and A Lettings I found the process of renting very fast and easy and the staff are most helpful and knowledgable. We have rented with them for over a year now and they are always there at the end of the phone if you need them. Would recommend to anyone renting :)
