Had two viewings booked with Jessica (Chingford/Highams Park) area. The estate agent, provided us with excellent experience, she answered all the property specific questions, demonstrating high level of knowledge and information learnt before hand. One of the property was not suitable for our needs, Jessica still was very keen to serve us and suggest other options. Many thanks Jessica.

My initial experience wasn't great - the flat I was moving into had not been cleaned beforehand. However, my property Manager Anita Datta was extremely understanding and did what she could to rectify the issue. Thought my year at the property, any issues I raised was swiftly dealt with (even with a non responsive landlord). Anita would also frequently check in to make sure I was happy. She really turned what was a bad experience into a positive one. Thank you Anita!

After starting in rental accommodation again in 2024 I was a little shocked and surprised to see how much the rental process had changed. However, Anita has made the process much easier, it's reassuring to know I have a personal contact that can help with any issues that arise. Anita is friendly, competent and always around to assist me.

Ellie at Stowe Brothers was thoughtful and proactive, and she always advocated for me, especially when my landlord decided to sell the flat. She communicated quickly, was honest and straightforward about repairs and any issues with the property, and consistently met me with professionalism and kindness. I'd also recommend their sales team. Speaking as a renter rather than the owner, I was impressed by their professionalism across several viewings. They respected my time, privacy and space, were flexible about how I was contacted, negotiated viewing times with me, answered questions promptly, and clearly knew the flat well, having done their research beforehand.

I have used Stow Brothers for a sale and purchase 2 years apart now and both times they have been incredible. I had the wonderful Andrew Le Surf when we purchased the house and I have to say I was a little nervous to have another agent this time around - we were paired with Anita and thankfully she was also excellent - efficient, pleasant to deal with and very responsive. Mega fan of Stow Brothers and would always choose them again in the future. Their charge is marginally more expensive than central who we sold with last time and worlds apart with the experience so if you are on the fence - choose stow.

I have rented my property out in Walthamstow through Stow Brothers for over ten years, and their service has always been outstanding. Recently Catarina Pita - in the property management department - has far exceeded my expectations. Professional, warm and informative she has kept me up to date on some recent renovations and I can't rate her highly enough. Her communications between the trades people, the tenant and myself has been prompt and she also brought in the project under budget and much quicker than expected.

I have always found them thoroughly professional and efficient with friendly staff willing to go the extra mile to help. We have not moved house for 26 years so a lot has changed. From our initial visit from Tony , manager at South Woodford, Max who organised the viewings and Amy who saw us through to completion, the entire process was painless. Each person that we dealt with approached each area I a professional manner and clearly explained every detail to us. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you for everything.
