GoogleI rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to warn potential renters about my experience with Stanford’s. It took three months of repeated follow-ups, and ultimately intervention from the TDS, to have our deposit returned. …

GoogleWe recently sold our property with Stanford Estates Forest Hill and had an excellent experience. James was very professional and never too busy to take our calls or respond to our queries. We feel we received good advice and that James was very knowledgeable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stanford to anyone looking to sell their property after our experience.

GoogleOur experience of using Stanford Estates has been great. Having had the sorry experience of using Purple Bricks (!) Stanford's response and personal approach has been extremely welcomed. Jay was very accommodating, and helped the process go smoothly for us. He even chasing up our solicitor which was a really helpful touch. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleI've been dealing with the property team for over half a year now and I'm very pleased with the partnership we've established. Everyone I've dealt with has been very professional and helpful, especially Salma Skunder, who has been my go-to person for any questions and issues relating to my property. Cannot recommend Stanford Estates enough.

GoogleWhat a pleasure to deal with the team on what was a long and frustrating sale, yet their professionalism and efforts in helping hold the sale together with some hand-holding of the solicitors too at times got everyone across the line. Their knowledge and constant availability on call/email was refreshing. A different league of estate agent. Would recommend. Thank you guys, Scott.
