Alex is a true gentleman and a real asset to your team - very professional and accommodating but more than anything we felt comfortable in his company, like a friend, and not what you would consider the stereotype agent. GoogleWe bought a property on wood vale and Kate was tremendous throughout the whole purchase. She continued to be a great help even after the transaction had completed. I cannot reccomend Kate/Stanford Estate enough. Whether you are a purchaser or a seller, I can assure you if Kate is on the case, you won’t regret it.

GoogleWhat a year! And thanks to Alex and James who made my purchase happened. It wasn’t an easy journey to close this deal but having both of them alongside made it so much easier. Even their presence during uncertainty and difficult times helped to make the whole experience worth it! Fast forward I’m happy in my new home and these guys made it happen. GoogleExcellent service from Alex, Lucy and team. Throughout the process they were extremely responsive, informative and helped the process to maintain pace. As first time buyers, it was particularly reassuring to have people that felt genuinely invested in us and who were always on hand to answer our questions. And in general just felt like lovely humans! Would definitely recommend and they would be the first agents we’d think of for our next move.

GoogleI recently bought my first home through Stanford Estates, and working with Malcolm has been a great experience from start to finish. Malcolm is professional, approachable, responsive and proactive, he helped push the process along at key moments, yet with a lightness of touch that inspired calm in what at times was a nerve-racking journey. There was never a hard sell of additional services, yet when help was needed - finding a surveyor who could meet our (tight) timeline - Malcolm was super helpful. Overall, I thought Stanford Estates fair, transparent, and genuinely nice to deal with.

GoogleAs a tenant, Stanford Estates were really easy to work with. They found a property that met our criteria. The offer process was simple and easily explained. Throughout the tenancy they responded to questions quickly and any issues with the property were resolved. They acted as conduit between the landlady and ourselves. During the end of the tenancy they were very helpful too. In particular Malcolm and Simona were key in making the process as smooth as possible. Would recommend!

GoogleBeing first time buyers we needed a lot of guidance and assistance with the process of purchasing our first flat. Malcolm was extremely helpful, patient and resourceful in helping us through the process; providing tips of how to go about things and absolutely integral to getting our completion over the line in a short space of time. In the process of looking and purchasing our flat, we came across a lot of estate agents and I can say that Stanford Estates were by far the nicest estate agents. Very prompt in responding to queries, great communication and overall nice people to work with.

GoogleI couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Super friendly, on top of all the details and they sold our flat in Crystal Palace in record time. We’d had a load of problems with another (supposedly ‘specialist’) estate agent prior to engaging Stanford, and the difference between the two was night and day. They know the area inside out and make sure the process is as easy as possible. Huge thanks to Malcolm and all the team!

Malcolm knew exactly which properties to show us round based on our advice. Malcolm also went above & beyond in ensuring we matched to the correct property. We have been here 2 months today and couldn't be happier. The entire process was seamless and thoroughly well managed by Malcolm and the Stanford team. We were impressed from the very start - James spoke really clearly about the strategy he recommended and it was James' professionalism, diligence and local knowledge that led us to sign with Stanford. During the viewings and subsequent management of offers, Matt was responsive, easy to contact and knowledgeable and helped get the sale over the line in good time. We chose Stanford as we had been very impressed when we bought the house from them 7 years before and we definitely made the right choice for our rather complicated sale. GoogleVery pleased with the experience with Stanford Estates. Catherine showed us a couple of flats in the Forest Hill area and once we've decided for one the process for securing the flat was really fast and easy. The key aspect has been the communication with Catherine and her team, always helpful and available to answer to our requests. We haven't moved in yet but so far a positive experience with them.
