GoogleI have let my property through Spencer Munson for several years and have had nothing but excellent service. The tenants that they have sourced for me have always been excellent (absolutely no issues with payment of rent or damage to the property) and the service from staff in the office is polite, knowledgeable and efficient. As an example, the tenant recently reported an issue with the hot water. The team organised a plumber to visit the same day, got a quote (reasonably priced) and approval from me all in the same day and the work completed the following day. I was happy and I'm sure the tenant was even happier. I have used other agents in the area previously and Spencer Munson is by far the best I have come across.

They are an independent agency, the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable of the areas they cover, I assume most must live locally. Overall I was delighted with the service I received, especially compared to larger chains I have used in the past.

Dear Mr Amaral,
Thank you for your review and I'm sorry that you are not entirely happy however the reason that you did not receive your full deposit back is that you requested to end the tenancy early and also therefore agreed in writing to pay the Landlord's costs in finding a new tenant to replace you.
These costs were fully quantified and agreed by yourself before we started looking for a new tenant and if you weren't happy with them you could have continued in your tenancy, which was a legally binding contract for a fixed period, at no additional cost to yourself. As it was you who chose to be released upon a new tenancy starting and pay the agreed fees so that the Landlord did not lose out (nor did the Landlord gain anything) I cannot understand why you are now complaining as it was fair to all parties.
If there is any other grievance please contact me to discuss it properly.
