GoogleHad a great experience renting through Penhurst over the past year. Jack was our main point of contact and was always super helpful and easy to reach, really made our move to London and into the new flat smooth and stress-free. The place itself was in great condition, and any maintenance requests were handled quickly by friendly, professional people. Honestly, if I were looking to rent again, Penhurst would be my first choice. Thanks for everything!

Their maintenance services via an online platform are very easy and reliable. Stephon became a good friend over the years, helping me with my move and bits and bobs in the flat. Big thank you! GoogleWe recently moved out of a property managed by Penhurst in Jun-24. Jack was our main contact and is extremely responsive. It has been so easy dealing with everyone including the maintenance team during our whole time at the flat. Our deposit return was processed within a few days.

GoogleI was a tenant with Penhurst for a little over a year and enjoyed every minute I was with them. They were very accomodating throughout the entire tenancy and was extremely quick to rectify any issues we had (which was very few). Extra shouts to Jack who was very helpful. Overall a great landlord and would recommend to anyone who wishes to have a stress free tenancy!
