As a retained managing agent, they perform over and above expectations.
Arrears are almost always nil. They're very meticulous with clients' money; not throwing money at a problem to sort it out, but rather try and get to the root of the issue and take care of it that way.
Always readily available, constantly reviewing their management portfolio in an effort to find their clients, avenues to reduce costs, or asset manage the property to enhance the income and/or value.
