GoogleWhat a great estate agents. I had the pleasure of Mehmet reaching out to me after enquiring through right move. The guy has been a star throughout. He's been really on it communicating between my group and the landlord. Very quick to reply or hop on a call to sort anything out. We managed to snag an apartment in rapid speed. Thanks again Mehmet

GoogleWe have a great experience with SmartMove! We had our viewing with Mehmet who met us quite late and stayed longer with us showing the flat. He is very professional and helpful. He has a big knowledge about the building and all the details. Our process went smoothly and the communication with the agent was amazing. Highly recommend!

GoogleThey are extremely rude and unprofessional people. Do not expect any good from them. They literally hang up a phone call without any explanation or apology. They talk to people like they are shit.

GoogleI had a very negative experience and impression of Smartmove after being in touch with agent Robert. He was very dry since the first contact, was super in a rush when we finally went to see the flat (he had an appointment afterwards and made this very clear) and made very inappropriate and jokes about me - saying that he was sorry for my boyfriend and that he was doubting that I’d pay my rent on time because I asked reschedule our phone call. GoogleVery kind, very educated, but at the end, they are going to stole your deposit and all the money possible with invented or old desperfects. If you do a contract with them, be ready for finishing it with a visit to the Police Station for reclaim.
