I had an amazing experience with these agents, in particular Robert. He is one of the best agents I have ever come across, super polite, well mannered, really nice person. He is excellent at following up along the transaction, chasing sellers/buyers/solicitors, always on top of everything. He is always reachable on his phone. He works hard and has both the seller's (his clients) but also the buyer's interest at heart and advises what is best for you. Top class estate agent!

Attempted to book a viewing for a property but agent (Robert) didnt turn up even though he said he was going to be at the property from 5:30-6:00pm. Viewing was at 5.45pm. No response afterwards even though I tried to contact him and the office, I understand that working hours finish at 5:30pm but don't bother to book a viewing if you don't even have the decency to call back.
