I was most impressed by the level of transparency shown in explaining all the charges and processes. He all but spell everything out for me so I cannot stress enough how helpful he was, nothing was ever too much to ask. Both my wife an I are chuffed with our new home and cant wait to welcome baby Neil into the world, Yes Neil I convinced her to name the baby after you!!

From providing a price for probate & not hassling us whilst waiting for this to come through, to communicating at all stages & to guiding us when needed with setting a price & discussing offers he couldn’t of been more supportive. No matter what questions we had they were always answered helpfully & respectfully.
