GoogleAfter buying our flat from Neil and his team five years ago, it was a no-brainer to appoint Sinton Andrews again to sell the property. As before, a responsive and friendly service with realistic sale price expectation from the outset. Viewings were focussed to genuine purchasers and organised around our availability. Brilliant service once again and would highly recommend Sinton Andrews to anyone looking to sell their property in Hanwell/Ealing.

GoogleWe had a very positive experience buying our first home with Sinton Andrews - although there were circumstances that made the sale more complicated Neil and the team were proactive and supportive in helping us to get it over the line before the stamp duty changes. We appreciated the clear and quick communication throughout which helped put us at ease as well as the wider guidance along the way. Staff had really good local knowledge which we have benefited from since getting the keys and we also appreciated the solicitor and surveyor options that were shared - we were pleased with both. Neil explained the selling process very clearly and we appreciated his advice regarding the marketing of our property, clearly demonstrating his wealth of experience and his refreshingly balanced approach. The viewings were well organised by the Sinton Andrews team. Neil was mindful of our requirements and having identified potential buyers’ status, he again offered excellent professional advice which we found to be accurate, reliable and trustworthy. Neil is an excellent communicator and he kept us informed throughout the process. Neil always called or emailed when he said he would and he returned our calls and answered our queries promptly. GoogleWe recently sold our flat for the full asking price through Sinton Andrews, choosing them due to a work colleague’s recommendation of Neil Suffern and after meetings/valuations from other local agents. It was not an easy property to sell but viewings were very well organised and we had a good number of offers to choose from. Neil was particularly good with prospective buyers and second viewings. He’s straightforward and good to work with. Not over pushy like some agents, but experienced, reliable, with a measured approach and above all, integrity. The process to completion was frustrating at times and slower than expected but Neil acted on our concerns and worked hard as a go-between with us, our solicitor, the buyers and their solicitor, to ensure the sale completed before Christmas. All agents can sell in a rising market and with easily comparable properties but a good agent is needed when the market is not so good - during our process we had the disastrous Liz Truss mini-budget and the collapse of the mortgage market! Neil’s co-ordination and persistence got the sale over the line during a turbulent time! Thank you.

GoogleAfter a truly truly awful experience with RSK in Hanwell (It’s ok. They actually sent me an email apologising for their poor service whilst also reminding me that if any of the 8 viewers decided to buy, they wanted their commission!), we asked Neil and Jane to market our house. They brought more viewers on the first Saturday than RSK managed over the whole term! However, our sale was not straightforward and the buyer treated us appallingly. Eventually she pulled out but didn’t tell us for 3 weeks and we were left with the prospect of having to return to London. Neil and Jane remarketed the property quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond the call of duty. Very simply, THEY CARED about us as individuals and clients. Without Jane it is unlikely that we would be living our dream. Estate Agents often get a bad press, and after our experience with RSK I’m not surprised, but Jane’s attitude, experience and advice was invaluable. Calm, funny and her communications were spot on, constantly keeping us in the loop. I cannot imagine getting this kind of service anywhere else (even my Estate Agent friends told me we were lucky to have her!) So many things can potentially go wrong with a sale, but i know these guys will have your back So thank you Jane and Neil for your help and total support during this really difficult time. True professionals.

Neil is highly efficient with great communication skills, he gets back to you when he says he will, he will go the extra mile in accommodating viewings. He is courteous and interested in your personal situation regarding purchase and sale arrangements. He thinks through the whole process providing an end-to-end service with attention to detail. He provides good liaison between vendor and purchaser representing both parties accurately and honestly. From personal experience of 2 purchases and one sale, Neil and his team have provided an excellent service on all three occasions. I would recommend Sinton Andrews without hesitation. They have been a pleasure to deal with on every occasion!

Neil was brilliant - quick to respond to any questions, kept us up to date, professional and friendly. We had multiple viewings weekly. Neil was very honest and provided us with a fair valuation. We ended up selling just under asking price at a price point we were hoping to achieve. The rate they gave us was incredibly competitive, and because they are a small business every office under the business was aware of our property and promoted it.
