GoogleMichael and the team are the complete package: thorough, responsive and effective. They have a longstanding connection with Walthamstow, which counts when it comes to asking prices and conversions. Nice guys who can spot a genuine buyer and make sure everything happens when it should.

GoogleI was dreading selling my house but Michael made it an easy and pain-free experience. I was impressed with everything, from the marketing to the communication - I felt informed and never under pressure during the whole sale. I would absolutely use Settle East again.

GoogleIf you are selling your house in Walthamstow, then you must give Michael at Settle East a call. The service was exceptional, and communication was superb throughout the whole process. The big thing for us was that at no point did we feel pressured or hassled, and then when we had concerns Michael dealt with them all properly and sincerely.

GoogleSETTLE recently found good quality tenants for my property. Mirko and the team are very professional, have excellent market knowledge and are pleasant to work with. I will consider using them again and recommend their business to others looking to buy/sell/rent properties.

GoogleMichael (and Mirko) were really friendly and helpful in answering our questions and getting quick answers from our seller. They were happy to give us access to measure up and again to check agreed repairs were completed. Overall we had a good and very straight forward buying experience and would recommend them to buyers and sellers.

GoogleWould not hesitate to use SE again They were great throughout the whole process of our sale, helping move things along very quickly amidst the recent turbulent mortgage market. The quality of the marketing is also excellent. SE were also very flexible with our requirements, adapting to our needs very quickly, helping us secure top quality tenants when the sale and market was looking very uncertain. Everything worked out in the end and I commend SE for all their efforts. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

GoogleMirko and Zoe organised the letting of my maisonette in Walthamstow in a most professional way. They brought the compliance issues up-to-date and arranged for the property to be re-decorated and cleaned. They found suitable tenants, and kept me well informed at every stage. I have a number of properties, and the costs of using Settle were very competitive.
