I used Settle estate agents to sell my parents house. They have lived in this house for 45 years, so as you can imagine, there was a lot of emotions during this process….but what an amazing team! Justin handled the whole process like a seasoned professional! He was gentle with my parents feelings, he answered all my questions with ease, and he could chase down the complex situations like an athlete…he was my champion throughout the whole process! We tried to sell the property one year earlier, with a different estate agent, and it was a disaster…so much so, that my parents nearly gave up altogether. I told Justin about our previous experience, and he knew exactly how to handle them. Justin even answered my calls on his days off…one time he was attending his kids sports day, and when I said let’s talk tomorrow, he wouldn’t have any of it! Thank you Justin for helping me with this whole process. You’re an asset to your team, and a true star to the public… top class mate! Ed 🫡
