It was a great experience from the completion of our new property to the first tenancy agreement. We were presently surprised that the tenant was found even before the property was ready to be rented. We are happy and feel at ease that all details would be well taken care by Settio.

After meeting Sam and Chris in HK I decided to switch agents and move to Settio. Excellent service from start to finish. I have been dealing with Sam, he's very proactive and facilitated a seamless transition from the previous management company- he secured new tenants at an increased rental very quickly. I have enjoyed speedy responses and sound advice. I wouldn't hesitate switching to Settio, especially if you are based overseas and need a full management service.
