I’ve had the pleasure of working with George Pride, and I can confidently say he is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. George Pride is incredibly supportive, detail-oriented, and always thinking several steps ahead. Whether it’s answering questions or addressing concerns, he responds promptly and thoroughly, making the entire process seamless. I never have to chase or remind him of anything, his proactive approach takes all the stress out of the equation. I sold my house in Sep 24 by Savills Newbury.Claire was dealing with the sale she was excellent and keep me up to date with what was going on. We had a few up and down but Claire keep calm and got it sorted.The day I was leaving Claire turned up I was so glad to see her I was so behind with getting thing done.Claire got stuck in done the hovering and cleaning the kitchen I have to say a big Thanks to her.

I cannot speak highly enough of the work done by Jennifer Kendrew and the team at Savills of York. Our first buyer took us to days of exchange and then pulled out but Jennifer did not give up. Excellent Service

We have rental apartments in Hackney so we work with Sandy Sitlani, Director, Lettings and Ritesh Gopaul, Team Leader in Property Management (hope I have that right). We have known Sandy for 10 years and he is indisputably excellent on all fronts. Ritesh is new to us but is also proving to be excellent. We recently needed some damp repair work done on one apartment. Ritesh lined up a Savills contractor (who also proved to be high quality) and managed the job from start to finish very efficiently, and kept me in the loop at all times. Highly professional, highly recommended.

Great experience bith sales and lettings

I have had a great experience with Savills, both on the sales and lettings side. I have found them to be professional, responsive and trusted advisors throughout the process. Special mention to Emily and Tessa in the Battersea sales team and to Roshni on the letting side, who has been a great property manager, particularly recently when she helped to resolve a leak, dealing with the tenants, plumber and block management company and keeping me informed along the way. “Terrible experience with this agency

“Terrible experience with this agency. Over the course of a year and a half, I had more problems than anything else. Communication was very poor, issues were handled slowly, and the overall organisation seemed inefficient. One of the worst real estate agent

One of the worst real estate agent. The teams don't even talk to each other. If you ever see a property online, don't inquire, because it was gone weeks ago. They hold you on saying they are trying to arrange a viewing but the reality is they already have an offer, they are just trying to get a better one in. I was told that the agent is trying to arrange a viewing, in reality the property offer was accepted 5 days ago, they were just holding me on to sell something else. I could have gone for a really nice property, but I missed out on because of the worst customer service by Savills agents.

Great team at Savills, Farnham, under Patterdale-Terrier-in-charge, Gina, who leads a relaxed atmosphere. Thanks for all the laughter, Helen, Rory, Alisa (? spelling), Chloe, Max. And big thanks to Quinton, who handled our house sale with aplomb, I felt. He has a light touch of wit and intelligence and charm. And had a lot of local market knowledge, it appears, at a difficult period in the housing market for sales, and in a lower property value bracket than maybe normally associated with Savills. He worked hard to keep all parties happy in this whole transaction. Mr D Trump should study and learn from his methods.

My experience at Savills was a little mixed and it took a long time to sell the property at a much lower price than we hoped for. However I did want to take this opportunity to commend Sofia Da Silva and especially Lucy Kershaw-Staines who took on the mantle more latterly and was excellent in her endeavours, and communications and competence levels. She was so good I would recommend her to any employer!

Sale price beyond our expectations

Liam was excellent from the first conversation we had with him regarding the possible sale of our property. Savills achieved large number of viewers once the house eventually got on to the market, 8 notes of interest and 4 excellent offers with a sale price way beyond our expectations. The compliance processes held us up a little bit longer than we had expected but Liam and the Glasgow Savills team did everything within their powers to get it all moving in the right direction.There was a minor issue with the MySavills site which meant we could not see all the info we should have but that was a minor inconvenience as all the staff were very helpful. Liam and the team went above and beyond to get us a great sale price with other excellent offers too.

Since moving to Australia in 2007 we have always used Savills for the letting of our property near Henley, so for over 17 years. Tamsin Montague has managed the property for us for a number of years and has always been very responsive and helpful. In particular, during the period of preparing the property for its recent sale (also through Savills in Henley), she was invaluable in organising contractors to carry our repairs and re-decorate and dealing with the utility companies etc. for us. Comfortable with Savills

I have been with Savills for over 10 years. After a terrible experience with a previous Letting Agent, Savills has been a breath of fresh air. Communication was occasionally slow at the start, however improved immensely over the years. The team, namely Alex Worrall and Tristan Hickman are very good at what they do and go out of their way to help. I have no complaints a such, however I have held back on giving 5 stars as I would like Savills to be more rigorous in getting competitive quotes for maintenance works. At a time when costs are rocketing, guidance on cost saving opportunities are required more than ever.My main contact, Alex is a little gem. She is polite and quick to support, which is why I remain comfortable and at ease with using Savills
