We have 2 properties which we let out through Savilles St J Wood. As with all rentals, issues arise & I have to say Savilles has been great at solving these & ensuring both parties are happy. Aziz from the St J Wood office is top notch & went above & beyond with our tenants recent move in despite us being abroad during this process & many complications. Great services offered & they do what they say they will - which is essential when renting your property. As a landlord, I would recommend this office, despite their fees being slightly above average but you get what you pay for. If you want your property to be effectively & efficiently managed - go to them.

I worked with Aziz in getting my flat in SJW. He is responsive when I have queries and more importantly, very helpful from the negotiation phase up to the turnover of the property. Even post turnover, he still responds every time I have inquiries. I appreciate that he was accommodating and transparent regarding the property at the start of my inquiry. Unlike most of the agents that I met during my flat hunting, Aziz was not aggressive and pushy, which can be a turnoff. He works well with the client by providing clear information regarding the property, landlord’s considerations, acceptable terms and next steps. He also provided updates and reminders on completing requirements, which I appreciated a lot. Overall, I’ve had a pleasant experience working with Aziz.

One agency after the other and NOTHING happened. It took us quite a few months to realise that we were going nowhere, just wasting our precious time. Thank God, then we found Savills and things started rolling. We followed their knowledgeable and professional advice and very soon they started bringing buyers. Savills staff were all absolutely WONDERFUL‼️ When you need estate agents do not look anywhere else! The human touch is there and that is why things go so beautifully! I highly recommend the estate agent Savills!!! They are fantastic! Very correct, reliable, precise, very honest, punctual, friendly and very professional. The way they deal with the sale process is just PERFECT! It is just as perfect while they look for a buyer. I was so happy with them. They do care about their clients. There is A HUMAN TOUCH there and that is all that matters! Our negotiator Ben Varma was very nice and friendly, an absolutely perfect negotiator. His advice was invaluable! His prompt and clear responses to our many questions were of great help. We are very grateful to Ben for what he has achieved for us. In spite of Brexit and Covid badly affecting the market, thanks to excellent Savills we sold our flat in a few weeks. Our great thanks go to Alicia Lindsay - the director, who did so much for us to sell our flat at the right price in spite of a difficult market. These "reviews" cannot be trusted. Clearly, they are using their own contacts to get these reviews. I have dealt with this company now for a while cn reveal what crooks they are. They will lie outright, not really care about your property when doing viewings, and you will not evne get a respond from CEO's office. I have videos of recent viewing and how pathetic the experience was. I will be sending them to the media outlets so they can show people how Savills really operates. AVoid these cowboys.

It has been a real pleasure dealing with the Savills Team, in particular with Ben Varna. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. He assisted me in the research for the House and was always available to help me in every aspects of the process, organizing at short notice several views in the property that I just bought. He went above and beyond his remits and dealt with multiple counterparts even outside his working hours offering an excellent customer service, far above competition. He has great interpersonal skills and was always reachable and available on the phone and emails. He acted with care and consistently shown passion and dedication to his Job. He is a customer oriented person and has strong empathy. He managed the process extremely well and I will enter in the new flat in less than 2 months from the offer acceptance. “Estate agents have invariably had a poor Press, but it is not always merited. My experience with the Savills team has been almost exemplary. It has been a difficult market in recent months, but the enthusiasm and diligence of Alicia and Zach has been almost overwhelming. There was a fair amount of pressure on what was a receivership sale. Despite the market conditions and without undue pressure from the vendor, Savills secured an enormous number of viewings, and eventually, a competitive situation which had to be handled with care as well as discretion. Savills’ team achieved both, and showed tactical aptitude Weekend viewings, Bank holiday viewings, constant communication with me---nothing was too much. Whoever is the Savills mobile telephone provider will have benefited massively!”

Fabulous experience with Robert Lerner and Savills in general! We initially connected with him looking at general online properties to rent. Even though we began our rental house search from Los Angeles several months before arriving, Robert helped keep us in the loop with available properties and generally guiding us to what might work or not. Robert made sure to not push us, but to check-in and share property links he thought would interest us. As we got a feel of what was on the market and inquired about properties that were not even Savills, he took the time to go to a property and send us videos. While we were simply looking to rent (for now), his attention made us feel like we were not a hassle to him and that he had the time to help. Once we arrived, he connected us at short notice and within the hour with another Savills agent closer to where we found a property we wanted to view. And, at the end of the day Savills helped us find something in less than a week of arriving! Amazing and positive experience. Highly recommend.
