We were given exceptional service by Ben Varma at Savills St John’s Wood who acted for us on the sale of our flat and the purchase of our new home. We owe Ben a huge debt of gratitude. Ben was incredibly proactive throughout the process, keeping us informed at every step, always available to answer questions - but he came in to his own when our purchase nearly fell through in negotiations between the solicitors. Ben went out of his way to mediate for us and come up with creative solutions. We would not have got it done without having Ben as our agent. He was a true pleasure to deal with and is a real asset to Savills.

John stood out when I was considering agents in the area as he was pragmatic, honest and he impressed me with local knowledge (instead of being flash and 'sales-y'). The sale of my flat, with its complex leasehold (being extended throughout the sale) and freehold (being bought by a committee of leaseholders), was a difficult process to navigate, but John played a supportive and pro-active role in getting things done. All up, a very positive experience.

Marius was incredibly helpful in what was a particularly elongated sale of our property in W9. Without him, I fear that the sale would have fallen through. He was tenacious in his ownership of the sales process, relentlessly following up with each involved internal and external party throughout. Alicia Lindsey is a rock star. I’m not prone to hyperbole and don’t remember ever having filled out an online review before. But I would be remiss if I did not share my experience with other would be buyers or sellers of property. Most recently, Alicia represented our interests as sellers of a high end property in St John’s Wood. She is fair, measured, service oriented and relentless. She has an unmatched dedication to her craft and her clients. She delivered a sale that we and the buyer were happy with. She cut through the issues and the emotions and delivered a completed property sale that all parties could accept. She is a closer - she gets the deal done and does so with humor, integrity and passion. I trust her unconditionally. I’m so grateful for Luke and Gentiana’s help. I was really desperate to find a place to rent as I was still living in hotels a few weeks ago. Bumped into Savills at Elgin Road when I was told that a scheduled viewing arranged by another real estate agent was cancelled at the last minute. Gentiana was quick to take me to view the property (which i’m now renting) and the flat was so good that i just offered immediately. I also have to thank Luke for his professional service ranging from liaising with the landlord to preparing the tenancy contract for me, Without his help I wouldn’t be able to achieve this huge task of moving in before my hotel stay ends.
