I had an exceptional experience working with Max on finding my wife’s and my new flat. He was exceptionally responsive and communicate throughout the process. Max got back to me within an hour of my Rightmove request to schedule a viewing, booked a viewing the same day, helped negotiate with the landlord to reach a tenancy agreement that both the landlord and I were happy with. From the Rightmove request to accepted offer, the entire process took less than 36 hours. The rest of the team (Amber and Fulham) made the rest of the move-in process extremely smooth. By far my best moving experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Tom Willing from Savills Clerkenwell (with help from Michael Smit in sales) have successfully just sold my home. A 300 year old Georgian merchants house in Leather Lane, one of Clerkenwell's oldest homes. As mine is such an unusual heritage property, I was diligent in my research to engage the right estate agency to represent this sale. Savills reputation was very impressive and clearly deserves the stamp of quality the brand has earned. However, Tom went over and above to sell my home. By steering a brilliant PR campaign, placing stories in the property sections of prestigious publications such as The Sunday Times and a four page feature in London's Metro, Tom had a sense of how to manage the sale of a unique property, applying an excellent knowledge of the Clerkenwell housing market. He guided the marketing and the viewings with flawless expertise. When you sell a property you want to work collaboratively with your agent and Tom and his team navigated a sense of partnership. I can't recommend this agent and this office more, so I would wholeheartedly say, if you want to acquire or sell a property you MUST give Tom at Savills Clerkenwell a call first.

Their communication skills are fantastic and I would highly recommend both their lettings and management services. Anthony was fantastic during a time of great uncertainty. I listed my flat for sale in EC1M with Tom at Savills Clerkenwell and it sold for the price I had hoped for within just 2 weeks! I was absolutely thrilled with the price and the way the viewings went, specially during covid. Out of four valuations Tom's was actually the highest and turned out to be the most accurate! I have dealt with several agents in London over the years for sales and rentals and Tom was by far the most professional, communication was excellent and all the follow up post offer acceptance was fantastic. I generally dread letting or selling a property but this was a seamless experience. I would absolutely recommend Tom and the team as they are by far the best agents in the area.
