I'm surprised to be writing a 5-star review for an estate agents, but the Savills Clerkenwell team have certainly earned all that and more! Savills has managed our most recent flat letting, and it's been a polished, professional, pleasant experience from beginning to end. Max was exceptionally responsive to our requests and helped to navigate some unique aspects of the lease negotiation in a really practical, empathetic way. Amber was diligent (but not pushy!) throughout the lease-signing process, helping to make sure all the details are in place. And Fulham has communicated so effectively and thoroughly as we are now in the flat. True professionalism from end-to-end. I would actively seek out the Savills Clerkenwell team for any future moves - and honestly would recommend any of these individuals for any job! They have been wonderful. Thank you to all.

Savills successfully represented us in connection with the sale of a £1m flat in Clerkenwell, London. The whole team (Michael, Nick and Tom) were responsive and user-friendly, and went the extra mile to match appropriate buyers with the property. Thanks to their hard work, we were swiftly fielding numerous offers, including from cash buyers and at or above asking price. Savills are also to be praised for their excellent due diligence on prospective buyers. They successfully recommended a committed and proceedable buyer, who instructed competent solicitors and duly followed through to completion. That was especially welcome, as a previous estate agency had been unlucky in recommending buyers who, though offering above asking price, pulled out during the conveyancing process for reasons unrelated to the property. It is fair to say that we needed to review and amend Savills' initial draft of the property particulars, advertisement and photos carefully to ensure that quality copy was produced, but it is also right to record that Savills responded and positively to our suggested amendments and that they were working under considerable pressure of time. Overall, we are delighted with Savills Clerkenwell and would gladly use them again.
