GoogleI'm reviewing as an attendee, and potential bidder. Not impressed. To be fair, the catalogues and events are well presented. However, in the special conditions, there are vast fees that add up to many thousands of pounds, that appear to be standard but are in the small print of the special conditions of most sellers. the effect, is that you pay their professional fees, and search fees, and loads of fees on top. It appears totally arbitrary, and not connected with reasonable costs. Also, the last straw, was when I almost bought a flat, after fully reading the legal pack. I happened to google it: and discovered the demolition notice online. It was nowhere in the legal pack. 2 bed houses were advertised as 3 beds. I don't know how Savills get away with it. People at the auction were bidding way over what properties were worth. Be VERY very careful, with Savills.
