GoogleI’ve just helped my daughter Zoe to rent a flat in Chelsea and our contact at Savills was Sophie Goucher. She was the best estate agent we ever dealt with and we have had a few, as we been renting flats around London for the last 9 years. However, throughout the entire process we were so impressed by Sophie and her team. They guided us through every step and made things as smooth as possible. We have been so happy with Sophie and Savills, and would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI wanted to rent a property and i dealt with alexa, my experience overall was horrible and I would never again attempt to rent through savils. I had to Constantly chase her for an update; And most of the time she would ignore my messages anyway. She then told me shes “very busy” so i proceeded to say i understand but i desperately need a place and want to sort asap so perhaps she can pass me on to a college who is not “so busy” however this message was ignored also. She also had a bad attitude and made the whole procedure unpleasant and tedious. After over one month of waiting and sitting with my holding deposit I then was told no thanks and needed to find another place. In the end i found another place through another agency And from day of viewing till move in was one week only. Avoid this agency at all costs if you can!

GoogleI have recently had great success using Georgina Bartlett and her lettings team to secure an excellent tenant for my Chelsea flat. Georgina and her team were extremely helpful and responsive in getting the tenants’ referenced and into the flat is double quick time. I would definitely look to use Georgina’s services again in the future.
