GoogleIn my experience, Michael Randall and his colleagues at Sheen have been unfailingly friendly, patient, helpful and accommodating - and even in ways that were not in their remit - in what became (not through their fault) a long and drawn-out process. My only small suggestion would be that after showing my home to potential buyers, I would have liked to find it as I had left it:- i.e. lights turned off, doors closed, etc. But overall, excellent.
